COST Action TEATIME - Final Conference

After four years of working closely together, our network on automated home-cage monitoring technologies is approaching the final stage of the Action, and we warmly invite you to join us for our conference, The TEATIME journey – shaping the future of lab animal monitoring.

This event will bring together experts in biomedical research, animal behavior, laboratory animal science, and data science to discuss the latest advancements, challenges, and future directions in refining experimental conditions, improving animal welfare, enhancing translatability and data reproducibility.

Location: Helsinki, Finland (and online)

REGISTRATION: Please use this form if you would like to apply to attend the TEATIME Final Conference (hybrid format) on 2nd & 3rd Sept 2025, or you are a Management Committee member and would like to attend the MC meeting on the morning of 4th Sept 2025 (also in Helsinki or via Zoom).  

Please submit an abstract if you would like to apply to give an oral presentation or a poster at the Final Meeting. The conference is open to the wider community and free to attend (no registration fees).  A limited number of delegates can be supported by funding from TEATIME – Action membership combined with motivation, excellence and inclusiveness (according to the COST policy) are the criteria for prioritization.  

The application deadline is May 30th (by 4 pm CEST), notifications about the approvals will be sent out by June 13th, 2025. The selected applicants will be sent a formal COST invitation to the email they have provided, and instructions regarding reimbursement rules for expenses.
